Are there any precautions for cosplay?

To ensure that the next customer can use our products comfortably, we strictly prohibit the following actions at our store.

First, please refrain from using special cosmetics or coloring agents such as fake blood, color paint, or greasepaint. These substances may cause strong staining or dirt on costumes and products, which may not be removable with regular cleaning.

Additionally, please avoid wearing costumes for photoshoots involving water or in places where mud is likely to adhere. If products become soiled with water or mud, it may be difficult to restore them to their original condition, which will inconvenience the next customer.

Furthermore, please refrain from adding decorations to products using safety pins, adhesives, or similar materials. Modifying products in this way may make it impossible to return them to their original state, or may result in damage or soiling of the products themselves.

If any of these prohibited actions result in stains or damage to the product that cannot be removed by regular cleaning, you may be charged compensation equivalent to the product price. We kindly ask for your careful attention to these matters.
