Exchanges are possible only if the item is in stock.
Once the item arrives, please try it on as soon as possible. If the size does not fit, we kindly ask that you contact us promptly. After we receive your request and confirm the availability of a replacement item, we will ship the replacement as quickly as possible, typically on the same day. Conditions: Exchanges are only accepted if the desired replacement item is in stock. Please note that if the item or size you want is not available, we will not be able to process an exchange.

Note: Exchanges are only available if the item is delivered one or two days before your intended use date, considering the delivery time. Exchanges cannot be processed on the day of use, as delivery will not be in time. We recommend placing your order well in advance of your intended use date.
