When is the earliest I can receive my order?

If you place your order by 1:00 p.m. on a business day, your order can be delivered as early as the “next day.”

For customers residing in Honshu and Shikoku regions, we generally arrange for your order to be delivered the day after it is shipped. We have a prompt delivery system in place, so you can use our service with confidence even if you are in a hurry.

On the other hand, for customers living in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, or remote islands, delivery will be made on the second day after shipping or later, due to geographical factors and delivery routes. Please note that it may take longer than usual to deliver to these regions.

Please also note that delivery may be delayed due to inclement weather, traffic congestion, or busy periods for delivery companies. If you have an important event or a specific date you need your order by, we strongly recommend placing your order with extra time to spare.
