If you return the product after the return deadline, you will be required to pay an additional "30% of the rental fee" per day as a late fee. This late fee will be charged for each day the return is delayed, so please be careful.
In addition, many customers use our service, and there may already be reservations from customers who wish to use the product next. Therefore, please be sure to ship the product by the return deadline, that is, by 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day after the last day of your rental. If you do not return the product within the deadline, it may affect the next customer's rental, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
In the unlikely event that your return is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or traffic accidents, please be sure to contact customer support in advance. If you contact us in advance, we may be able to respond flexibly depending on the situation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your cooperation in order to provide smooth service.
