I forgot to return an accessory

It does not have to be a special bag or box—please use whatever you have on hand and return it to us as soon as possible.

If you forgot to include an accessory (such as a belt, ribbon, or other accessory) with your returned item, please pack these items carefully. In this case, please cover the shipping cost yourself and send it prepaid to the address below. When returning the item, be sure to include a note clearly stating "your name," "order number," and "the name of the item you forgot to include" along with the accessory. This will help us confirm and process your return smoothly, so we appreciate your cooperation.

Please note that until the accessory is returned to us, your return will be considered "incomplete." Depending on the situation, a late fee may be charged, so please be aware of this in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your prompt response.
