Please use the enclosed prepaid shipping label and send the package from a convenience store, etc.
First, please prepare the cardboard box or bag that was used when the product was delivered. Be sure to place the product you are returning and all accessories inside. Accessories include manuals, cables, and any other items that were included. Please double-check to make sure nothing is left out.
Next, firmly attach the enclosed "Yamato Transport prepaid shipping label" to the outside of the box containing the product and accessories. Make sure the label is securely fixed and check that the address and other information are correct.
Once packing and attaching the shipping label are complete, please proceed with the shipping process using one of the following methods:
You can bring the package to a nearby convenience store such as Seven-Eleven or FamilyMart and complete the shipping process at the counter. Please hand the package with the prepaid shipping label to the store staff.
Alternatively, you can bring it directly to a Yamato Transport office. Please complete the shipping process at the office's reception counter.
Furthermore, if you wish to have the package picked up from your home, you can request a pickup from Yamato Transport by phone or via the internet. You can specify a convenient date and time to hand over the package at your home.
*Cleaning the product is not necessary. You may return it as is, in the condition it was delivered, so please send it back as it is.
