You can cancel or change your order for free until 12:00 noon, four days before the scheduled delivery date.
After that, we will begin preparing for shipment, and the following cancellation fees will apply.
Until 12:00 noon, four days before: Free
From three days before to before shipment: 50% of the rental fee
After shipment is complete: 100% of the rental fee (full amount)
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please proceed from the "Order History" section on My Page or contact the Support Center as soon as possible.
