What methods are available for consultations?

You can easily consult with us through either "Chat within My Page" or the "Official LINE" account.

You do not need to install a dedicated app to use this service. To make it easy for anyone to use, please follow the steps below.

1. Consultation Chat: First, log in to the member page and find the "Consult with a Stylist" button. Simply tap that button to immediately start a chat-style consultation. Feel free to use this for any issues, questions, or coordination advice you may have.

2. Official LINE: By adding Cloud Closet’s official LINE account as a friend, you can also consult via the LINE app. After adding as a friend, select "Start Consultation" from the menu on the chat screen. If you usually use LINE, you can consult with us anytime, so please take advantage of this option.

Reception hours: You can send consultation messages 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In principle, stylists will reply during business hours on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., in the order received. Depending on the content of your inquiry and how busy we are, it may take some time to receive a reply, so we appreciate your understanding.

You can also try simple consultations with AI using our chatbot. Please feel free to use the AI chatbot for quick questions or when you need an immediate answer.
