From application to return, you can use our service easily in the following four steps.

If you are unsure which to choose, or if you would like a coordination tailored to a special occasion, you can use our free coordination consultation service. Our experienced professional staff will propose the most suitable costume according to your needs and preferences, so please feel free to consult us with confidence.

2. Apply: Once you have selected your desired date and costume, please proceed with the application process. Enter the required information, check the details, and complete your order. Applications are accepted 24 hours a day, so even those with busy schedules can use the service at their convenience.

3. Receive / Enjoy: Your carefully packaged costume will be delivered to the specified date and location. After arrival, put on the costume and fully enjoy your special event or everyday moment. With high-quality costumes, you can create wonderful memories.

4. Return: After use, please return the costume to its original condition and use the enclosed return shipping label to complete the shipping procedure by 12:00 noon on the day after the last day of use. There is no need for cleaning, so you can return it as is. The procedure is simple and you can use the service with peace of mind.
